Location: Wasson's Bluff, Cumberland Co., Nova Scotia, Canada
Size: 7.7 x 7.4 x 3.5 cm

Description

This specimen is comprised of a pocket of pale pink siliceous sinter, hosting super sharp twinned chabazite crystals to 1.1 cm. The translucent chabazite crystals have good lustre and a pleasant colour, contrasting nicely with the sinter. in excellent condition – no damage.  From the collection of well-known Nova Scotia mineral collector Terry Collett, catalogued as specimen TCNS246, collected on December 30, 2003. A beautiful piece with great contrast and aesthetics.
