Detailed Description

This specimen features an aesthetic cluster of beautiful, sharp wardite crystals to 1.1 cm. The pseudo-octahedral wardite crystals are selectively sprinkled (on only some faces) with sparkling micro quartz crystals. These wardites are glassy with good translucence. In excellent condition, a couple of minor chips, and some incomplete crystals at the periphery – the larger patch of incomplete-looking crystals is mostly due to inhibited growth within the tight seam, rather than damage. A few vibrant blue micro lazulite crystals in association.

This is a truly fine specimen of this uncomon species.
