Description

This specimen features blocky, barrel-shaped mimetite crystals up to 0.9 cm perched on a bed of sharp smithsonite crystals. The mimetite crystals are well-defined with lustrous prism faces (with some mottled colouring), and complex sugary terminations. In excellent condition, with no damage to the key mimetites – a couple of small incomplete crystals on the upper right margin. Formerly a Crystal Classics specimen, label included. These are very fine Tsumeb mimetite crystals!
