Description

A wonderful twinned cassiterite on muscovite from Mt. Xuebaoding – if you were to design a perfect specimen of this material in your imagination, in this size, this is what it would look like. the cassiterite is sharp, with mirror-bright lustre, and absolutely flawless. It is then perched perfectly among delicate silvery muscovite crystals. From the Gerald Panneton collection. There isn’t a lot I can add to this one with words – it is a dream cassiterite!
