Description

Detailed Description

This is a great size for one of these, especially of this quality. Five primary pale golden selenite twins radiate from the central ball of tightly compacted selenite blades. These twins are transparent with some wispy inclusions and internal cleavage planes all of which pick up the display lights nicely. Among other cool things about this one, it is a very three dimensional specimen. In fantastic condition. One tip of the selenite to the lower right in the main photo is cleaved, but the specimen was prepped nicely back in the day and this cleave is clean and not noticeable unless you’re searching for it.
