This piece features a great 6.7 cm rosette of muscovite, rising up over a cluster of smaller ones. The main rosette is lustrous, with particularly nice areas of hazel-brown, giving some pleasant colour. This specimen displays well from both sides – the first photo is one side and the second is the reverse. In excellent condition, very minor rubs and some of the small crystals lower on the one side of the piece seem contacted/not fully developed. Stands perfectly for display from the one side as in the first photo, and in the second photo it’s supported to stand in this orientation – looks great in the display case.
