Specimen # 200105
Mineral: Pentagonite
Location: Wagholi, Pune District, India
Size: 5.2 x 3.1 x 3.0 cm

A cluster of beautfiul bladed crystals of transparent blue pentagonite, nestled in a vug lined with sparkling stilbite crystals. The pentagonite crystals are sharp and lustrous. In excellent condition – these crystals have been protected thanks to their location on the rock. This is a beautiful specimen from the John S. White collection – it’s sure hard to find a pentagonite in this condition. This specimen has been trimmed underneath and behind with a saw, stands perfectly for display as photographed. Gorgeous!
