Description
A beautiful group of blue prehnite crystals, terminated all around. The specimen is a floater (no point of attachment). The crystals are well-defined with good lustre on many faces. In exceptional condition, one tiny chip on one crystal edge. There is actually a small incomplete fragment of tanzanite embedded in one lower crystal edge. An execellent blue prehnite!
The hue of this specimen changes dramatically under different light sources. Under halogen it is a cold, light blue (as in the fourth photo), and under LED and daylight, it has more depth of colour and more warmth.
