Prehnite

Specimen # 102564
Mineral: Prehnite
Location: Taza, Fès-Meknès, Morocco
Size: 6.8 x 5.8 x 3.1 cm

Description

This plate features radiating groups of prehnite crystals, intergrown together. The crystals are lustrous and sharp, and the bright terminations stand out nicely from one another. In excellent condition. Displays really nicely, supported to stand as photographed. These are beautiful prehnite crystals!

Please note: these prehnite photographs are colour-balanced to daylight (sunny day, shade – same as all photos on the website). The hue of prehnite certainly depending on the light source – under a warmer light (for example, a 50W halogen bulb), they are a warmer shade of light green.
