Description
This is an elegant specimen. The surfaces of the prehnite crystal aggregates are quite smooth, so the texture of the individual tiny prehnite crystals comprising the balls and elongated shapes of this piece is subtle, even with magnification. The prehnite is a nice light green, with an essentially matte lustre. In excellent condition – you can find a coupe of rubs with magnification. Stands perfectly for display as photographed. A beautiful prehnite.
