Description

This is a great cabinet-sized cluster of pyrite crystals featuring primarily a combination of octahedral and dodecahedral forms. The first photo, close-up, is a 6 cm field of view.

Many of the crystals are sharp and lustrous, and some have exhibit etched patterns on the octahedral faces. Quite a three-dimensional specimen, and can be displayed well in different orientations. It looks great when supported to stand vertically – the crystals at the one end (or top, depending on display orientation) are superb, as you can see in the close-up photo. In excellent condition, a couple of tiny chips if you search for them.

This specimen is heavy and will require additional postage. (If you order it through the online cart, I will confirm the additional postage afterward.)

Super, bright, modified octahedral pyrite crystals.
