Detailed Description

This specimen is made up almost entirely of the “crown” of the sceptre, with pale amethystine quartz crystals over a dark grey core quartz crystal. The crystals are sharp with good lustre. In execellent condition, no damage. A very nice quartz specimen from a small isolated find.

About these Quartz Specimens

These specimens are from a 2018 find at a road construction project, which has now been completed. Most of the specimens were relatively lightly amethystine with sceptred growth over darker core crystals.
