Location: Panasqueira Mines, Covilha, Castello Branco, Portugal
Size: 5.4 x 4.3 x 4.1 cm

Description

A beautiful flower-like group of arsenopyrite crystals from Panasqueira. These crystals are silver with a faint blue irridesence and bright metallic lustre. The crystals (up to about 2 cm) are striated and have complex stepped edges, like a “cockscomb” or serrated surface. In excellent condition. From the Tracy Kimmel collection (and has an accompanying Crystal Classics/Kristalle label). A super Panasqueira arsenopyrite!
