Description

This tourmaline crystal is a nice light pink with a zone of medium-green at the termination. The crystal is sharp and has nice transparency particularly in the pink zone. The termination is very cool, three main pyramidal faces, divided by very narrow faces and topped with a sharp, triangular pinacoid face. In excellent condition. From the Pete Richards collection, acquired on April 16, 1994. A beautiful bi-coloured California elbaite.
