Detailed Description Beautiful scalenohedral crystals of rhodochrosite from the famous silver mine at Uchucchacua. There are small complex colourless transparent calcite crystals in association. The rhodochrosite crystals have a silky lustre, with many tiny parallel crystal surfaces on each face. In excellent condition, incomplete crystals at the periphery. A nice colourful cabinet specimen.
