Description

A sculputral specimen of helectites of calcite crystals. The crystals are modified rhombohedra and are up to 2 cm. In very good condition overall, two incomplete areas I believe are contacts where this was attached or adjoining (under and behind the specimen), and a couple of nicks, only one of which is visible as displayed, and is very minor. From the Tracy Kimmel collection, this is a dramatic cabinet specimen from Bisbee!
