It’s not that often that you see a mineral specimen featuring fine crystals of four separate species (the website would include Calcite in the title if it didn’t dislike trying for four minerals at once). The top of this specimen features sceptred quartz crystals, and neat thin arrangements that are almost like strands of quartz […]

This is one cool specimen! It features a quartz crystal partially enclosed in a mound of green fluorite cubes. The quartz is comprised of two generations – a core of clear quartz crystal is overgrown by a generation of opaque (very slightly translucent) white quartz with a myriad of crystal faces. The fluorite crystals are […]

This piece features a gorgeous water-clear fluorite crystal (1.2 cm) accompanied by many smaller fluorites, perched on calcite. This fluorite is a jewel – the crystal is sharp and glassy, showing the forms of cube, octahedron and dodecahedron. In excellent condition – no damage to the fluorites (an incomplete one at extreme outer edge of […]

Brilliant water-clear fluorite crystals to 1.1 cm sparkle over the cream-coloured calcite crystals that make up the base of this specimen. These fluorites are stunning – like the isometric, fluorite-version of a Herkimer diamond. The crystals are sharp and glassy, with cubic, octahedral and dodecahedral forms. in exceptional condition – no damage except chipping on […]

This plate of quartz crystals hosts a jewel – a gemmy, transparent, 1.6 cm fluorite crystal with delicate light green colour.  The fluorite crystal has top sharpness and lustre and it is in pristine condition – no damage. A superb quality fluorite crystal!

This one is great and rather different – it is a cluster of very pale green fluorite octahedra with distinct sharp brown phantoms.  In particular, the central crystal’s phantom is distinct and very three-dimensional.  In excellent condition – one minor missing tip low on the piece. Super fluorite phantoms!

A green fluorite crystal (2.6 cm), accompanied by smaller fluorites, sits nestled in quartz.  The fluorite has great lustre and a beautiful growth pattern on its forward-facing surface that makes the piece. In excellent condition – no damage to the main crystal, and incomplete fluorites at the edges of the specimen. There is an internal […]

This cluster of fluorite crystals features sharp octahedra up to 1.9 cm across. The green fluorites are vibrant, and they are offset nicely around the base by an older underlying generation of purple fluorite. In excellent condition – the main crystal is pristine and otherwise a few contacts and missing crystals around the periphery where […]

I love this specimen – it is a cluster of quartz crystals hosting a small tower of green fluorite crystals with a 1.5 cm fluorite on top. These fluorites are sharp, lustrous and gemmy – amazing transparency. In excellent condition – the fluorites are pristine from the optimal display angle, and around the side, further […]

This cluster of quartz crystals hosts three gemmy, transparent green fluorite crystals to 1.8 cm. The fluorites are a beautiful light green colour, sharp and lustrous. In excellent condition – the fluorites are pristine. A few small nicks to some quartz crystals but very minor relative to the size of the specimen, and the main […]

This is a gorgeous piece, featuring a razor-sharp fluorite of beautiful green colour, measuring 2.3 cm on an edge. The specimen also hosts a group of small, sharp, transparent green fluorite octahedra at the lower right, giving the piece balance. The fluorites have excellent bright lustre. In excellent condition. There is a tiny nick at […]

This beautiful cabinet specimen features very sharp green octahedral fluorite crystals up to 2.9 cm on edge intermingled with quartz crystals. The fluorites are translucent to transparent with good lustre, with nice contrast against the quartz. In excellent condition. No damage to the fluorites except incomplete crystals at the periphery – the large one at […]
