Tucson: urban field collecting at its finest! Some years are better than others, and this was a great year at the Tucson shows – many excellent mineral specimens and good fun with mineral friends. I’ve added a new Morocco Fluorite Update with super yellow fluorite crystals from a small recent find at the El Hammam Mine. These are great yellow fluorite specimens!
I’ve posted a new Brazil Update with superb, diverse specimens, including a spectacular morganite, remarkable new synchysites, blue montebrasite, pleochroic uvite, elbaite, brazilianite, hydroxylherderite and more.
Sharp, lustrous epidote specimens from the relatively new (and apparently depleted) locality, Concession Morgan 3, Coayllo, Cañete Province, Lima Department are now posted on the site under Peruvian Epidote – July 2014 Update. These are great epidotes!
